How your data is protected
Cloud Business Management is built to European data protection rules. Your data is held in the European Union, kept in a database separate from every other customer's, and encrypted where it is stored.

- Your data is held and processed inside the European Union, under the GDPR, and is not transferred to a country outside it.
- What is measured in your shop is your customers' choice. Consent is asked for each purpose separately, and visitor statistics cannot be traced back to a named person.
- Records that must be kept for a legal period carry their own end date, taken from the rules of your own country rather than from one global setting.
Your data, kept apart
- Every business runs in a database of its own — never a shared table with a customer column. That is also what lets your data be handed back or moved without touching anyone else's.
- Documents such as invoices are encrypted before they are stored, with keys that belong to your business alone.
- Every change is recorded — who changed what, and when — in a history that can be added to but not rewritten.
- Sign-in and checkout are protected against automated abuse, and the software is checked for known vulnerabilities before it is released.
